The Art Form of the Signature Cocktail
The Art form of Signature Cocktails
One of the best and more favorite subjects that we feature often is the art form of a signature cocktail. Do you remember mom saying to you growing up. .you never have a second chance at a first impression? I know I sure do. With this being the case, it is always lovely to offer something refreshing that takes into account the colors of your party as well as will set the tone as people’s first impression of your event. I don’t know about you, but there is nothing worse that arriving at a party or event and realizing the line to bar is around the corner. By offering a signature cocktail, this issue is all but alleviated. Here are 2 cocktails that we featured on the radio show.

Charleston SC Event Planners and Producers White Tuxedo Productions offer incredible day of services for others in the biz!
There is nothing more frustrating when you are in the heat of battle than dealing with a band that is late for load in, shows up ready to drink a beer and then mixes and mingles during the event with a plate of food in their hands from your guest's buffet table. White Tuxedo Productions is offering relief from all of the stress that is live entertainment. Executive Producer and President, Lawson Roberts says" It is always challenging working with live entertainment. Their vision of the event most often is not what you have in mind." The way to fix this is of course to utilize the day of services that WTP provides. It frees you up to work on every other detail for your groups successful event. Both national, regional and local event producers swear by the service.
"WTP's services were amazing! I really enjoyed not having to think about the band! As a wedding planner, I have so many other items to juggle and it was really nice to know that y'all were taking care of those details. I look forward to our next time working together!" Emmy Lloyd Peacock Events
"Lawson, it was a pleasure working with you on the Spoleto party at 38 Church Street for Charles and Celeste. I appreciated the quality of your services and the professionalism of your staff. I look forward to furthering our business relationship." Jennifer Goldman of Patrick Properties

National Event Producers White Tuxedo Productions talks about latest event trends

Given the state of the up and coming economy, guets are still intriged by escapist type parties. By this, it is fun for us to allow our guests to escape into a world only dreamt about. This is achievable by using many options. One of the more fun that we at WTP are using is the re-creation of the Disney themes. This is not your normal child party. We are talking about the use of vibrant neon colors and recreating a theme from Disney with an adult twist. One that we are putting the finishing touches on is an Alice in Wonderland Themed Party that we re-create the alternative world that Alice lived in. This would be a perfect birthday theme for a whimsical client. From large neon mushrooms complete with mechanical catepillars smoking out of a hookah to oversized tea pots and saucers floating from the ceiling. Entertainment would be provided by a modern art dance troupe and artists with glow in the dark paint. This program is available for anyone. Charleston SC Event Producers offer fun new holiday entertaining ideas

Charleston SC Event Planning
While we know it's only August, we at White Tuxedo Productions will offer a series of insights on the art of holiday entertaining. Typically the holidays are such a rushed time for families that there is barely enough time to trim the tree, visit Santa, and open presents. One idea that pops out
is hosting a dessert party for end of the night drop ins. This way you won't feel that your guestsare feeling rushed to simply stop in on the way to 3 or 4 other events. Offer up a series of delectable edibles paired with just the right cocktail and you have got yourself one heck of a party. Ideas for dessert and cocktail pairings would include: a chocolate mocha torte paired with an espresso martini rimmed with coco. For more ideas on holiday entertaining, don't be left out in the cold. Charleston SC Event Producers; White Tuxedo Productions offers fun tips for your next event
Everyone knows that with Summer baring down its heat, Charlestonians often times make an exodus to cooler environments. This should not always be the case. We at WTP say embrace the heat and create a fun event surrounding it. Nothing screams summer like a White themed party. The perfect excuse to wear linen shorts, light weight shirts and flip flops. Here's how you do it. Encourage all of your guests to wear their most creative white outfits for the event. All decor should be done in some shade of white including table tops, floral arrangements to include white roses and even have a white themed signature cocktail. Cool things down just a bit poolside with misters that we have sourced.(It really does cool things down about 10 degrees.) From there even have the DJ wear white. We encourage a fun fashion show for your event that features all nouveau white clothing. Lighting can be done in whispy pale blues to offer the idea that it's cooler outside. For all the details, feel free to give us a call at 843-709-5050. White Tuxedo Productions available at www.whitetuxedoproductions.com.
Charleston SC Event planners and Producers White Tuxedo Productions thanked for amazing work from huge client
Charleston SC Event Producers and planners White Tuxedo Productions recently were written a letter of thanks from a very large corporate client Chernof Newman who represents Force Protection. Advertising President Peter Wertimer had this to say:
|
As a full service marketing communications company, Chernoff Newman prides itself on handling virtually anything our clients require. And sometimes their needs go well beyond advertising and public relations to event planning. Such was the case when Force Protection Industries asked us to help them mount an outdoor employee appreciation day for 2000 on the grounds of their Ladson,SC, plant. Undaunted, we turned to White Tuxedo Productions. In thirty-five years I have never encountered a company with a greater breadth of services and capabilities within their command nor have I found one with the same level of professionalism and customer service. The principals are dedicated to finding ways to accommodate all requests and their "can do" attitude is both refreshing and effective. Our event involved sit-down dining for 700 persons at once; a BMX bike exhibition;dancing to a great band; The Nascar Experience, a kids village (face painting, crafts, caricatures, finger paints) with professional, stimulating supervision; an assortment of slip and slides, dunk tanks; climbing walls and jump castles. It was massive in its scope; high quality in its deliverables. Attention to detail was impressive. Set up and break down were accomplished with a minimum of fuss. I can honestly say that over a month later I am still receiving kudos and attaboys from people who attended the event. White Tuxedo performed flawlessly, making the client happy and us look good in the process. They were a joy to work with and I hope to do so again, SOON! Peter Wertimer |
